Holly M. Wendt is Associate Professor of English and Director of Creative Writing at Lebanon Valley College,where they also coordinate the college’s visiting writers’ series, “Writing: A Life.” Holly teaches creative writing, early English literature, the First-Year Experience, and sports-based literature and writing courses. They are a 2014 recipient of the Robert and Charlotte Baron Fellowships for Creative and Performing Artists at the American Antiquarian Society and a 2013 Jentel Foundation Fellow. Holly is an alumnx of the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, and the Tin House Winter Workshop. Their baseball writing has appeared as part of Baseball Prospectus‘s Short Relief column and in the 2016 and 2020 Baseball Prospectus annual.
